When you upload content to Music Sound, you retain ownership. By uploading, you grant Music Sound a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to stream, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload, and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

6. Subscription and Payment

Music Sound offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium plans are charged in advance on a recurring basis. Additional terms:

  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Music Sound does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Music Sound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms
